The location was marvellous and stunning, you can visit Sugar Wharf Port Douglas by walking. Plus, it was just next door to all the shops and restaurants next to the building, all the local restaurants and pubs and the center of the town...

Awesome location and views, the hotel is pretty clean, but the rooms are a bit small. They make up for it with extra facilities. the staff here are incredibly friendly and even gave us some cool recommendations! 😊

the hotel had a very central position just off the local shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels and port village as well as marina and restaurants. again, i walked to see rex smeal park.

Views of the mountains and sunsets were amazing, the room was compact and air-conditioned. The bed was comfy, I also had a safe, Netflix and coffee. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was terrific.

The personnel was efficient and always available. The location of the hotel was magnificent, just a short distance from Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina. I greatly enjoyed the area, with shopping, the beach, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

Great small hotel, staff is super helpful and efficient, and the rooms have been recently updated. 👍 the prices for the rooms are quite reasonable too.

Our stay at Newport On Macrossan was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and the location was perfect. The staff, especially Patrick, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The pool was warm and inviting, and we enjoyed spending time there. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of some amenities in our specific room, but the manager assured us that they were working on resolving those issues. we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay in Port Douglas.

The staff was always available, they are all informative people. The location was awesome, at a walking distance from Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away. There are grocery stores, shops, bars, and restaurants right across the street, making it incredibly convenient. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the soft and refreshing pool, perfect for a dip after a long day of exploring. the level of comfort and quality of service provided here exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

My Christmas vacation was fantastic! I loved the location, which was central and made it easy for me to explore the town. the resort had a charming communal area that was well-maintained and inviting. my room was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the staff's quick response when I had technical issues.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. My room's kitchen was not fully equipped, but it was still functional.
